Our wonderful team
Our nursery has 12 members of highly qualified and experienced staff. We have TWO fully qualified teachers, ONE university graduate, SIX Level 3 Early Years Educators, TWO nursery apprentices and an amazing caretaker. Between them, our 12 members of staff have over 140 years of childcare experience!
All of our staff are subject to stringent safer recruitment criteria, including an enhanced DBS check, extensive reference checks, and regular ongoing suitability reviews throughout their employment.
Our highly qualified and experienced team is the reason for our fantastic Ofsted report. We are also always significantly over the minimum Ofsted child:staff ratio.
At Lime Tree we recognise that practitioners are the most important factor in the successful running of the nursery, and as such are dedicated to providing a first class working environment for our staff where every member of the team feels valued, supported and is happy in their role.
