We have various time slots available on the day, please select as many time slots as possible if you can be flexible!

Once you have completed the below form, we will be in touch via email to confirm your slot and send you further information. Please be aware, our email may go into your junk folder!

We ask that visits are limited to 2 x adults and 1 x child per family please.

Please note, the upcoming open day on Tuesday 8th April is only for families who are hoping to join our setting in September 2025.
